Hand-wash in cold water or use lower temperature washes and delicate spin cycles. These care processes are more gentle on the garments and help to protect the colour, shape and structure of the fabric whilst reducing the amount of energy used.
Avoid bleach and use environmentally friendly detergents. Avoid tumble dry and hang dry where possible. This saves electricity and avoids fibre degradation.

Place the tape measure under your arms, around your back and across the fullest part of your bust. Once you have the tape measure lined up, relax your arms at either side.
Measure around your natural waistline - this is usually the narrowest point on your waist (above your belly button and below your rib cage). Run the tape measure around your waist (like a belt), keeping it straight.
Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Run the tape measure around the fullest part of your bottom and upper thighs, and not around your hip bones. Ensure the tape is straight around your body.
